This Delivery Policy explains how Gym Trims handles delivery of products ordered through the website, including arrangements where an order also includes installation.
1. Delivery arrangements
Delivery arrangements will depend on the products ordered, the delivery address, availability and whether installation has been requested. The applicable delivery arrangements will be confirmed with your order or quotation.
2. Delivery dates
Delivery dates and installation dates are estimates unless a specific date has been confirmed by us in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed arrangements but circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
3. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and any information reasonably required to enable delivery. Please notify us promptly if your delivery details change after placing an order.
4. Access to the property
Where delivery or installation requires access to your property or site, you must ensure that suitable access is available at the agreed time. Parking, loading access, clear working areas and other reasonable site requirements must be provided where applicable.
5. Inspection on delivery
Please inspect the goods when they arrive. If you notice visible damage, missing items or an obvious issue with the delivery, please notify us promptly and provide photographs or other relevant information where requested.
6. Failed or delayed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because suitable access is unavailable, nobody is available where attendance is required, the site is not ready, or information supplied by the customer is incorrect, additional delivery or rearrangement charges may apply where applicable.
7. Installation deliveries
Where installation is included, the installation area must be ready on the agreed date. Existing floors, walls or other surfaces must be suitable for the proposed installation. Additional work or charges may apply where site conditions differ materially from those agreed in advance.
8. Responsibility for goods
Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery, or on completion of installation where Gym Trims is carrying out the installation, subject to your statutory rights.
9. Delivery charges
Any applicable delivery, travel, accommodation or rearrangement charges will be communicated as part of your quotation or order. Where an additional charge becomes necessary because of circumstances affecting delivery or installation, we will confirm it with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
