Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all orders and installations carried out by Gym Trims. Please read them before you place an order.
1. Orders & measurements
Prices are charged per square metre (m²). Unless we have measured your site ourselves, you are responsible for the measurements you give us. If the dimensions on site differ from those ordered, we may adjust the quantity and price to match.
2. Products & colour
Product specifications are shown on each product page. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches, so the finished colour may differ a little from what you see online.
3. Bespoke / cut-to-size goods
Goods that are cut to size or made to your specification are made especially for you. Cancellation and return rights for these goods may be limited as permitted by law.
4. Installation bookings
You must provide safe access to the site, with parking or loading access where needed, and the area must be ready on the agreed date. We may charge for delays, rearranged visits and, where applicable, travel or accommodation, and we will confirm any such charges in advance.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Where a deposit is required, the deposit and the balance due will be confirmed in your quote or order confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout, with VAT included or excluded as indicated.
6. Delivery & risk
Delivery and installation dates are estimates unless we confirm them in writing. Please check goods on delivery and tell us promptly about any damage. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery, or on completion of installation where we install them.
7. Returns / cancellations
Standard stock items may be returned in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Cut-to-size and made-to-order goods are treated separately, as set out in section 3. To cancel or return an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Installation / warranty
We carry out installation with reasonable skill and care. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation work, but not misuse, damage, or movement of the underlying floor or wall. Please report any defect to us promptly so that we can arrange an inspection.
9. Liability & site conditions
Installation depends on the condition of the existing subfloor or wall. We are not responsible for problems caused by moisture, uneven surfaces or other existing conditions, or by materials you supply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy, contact & governing law
